National Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. conducts the third intensive training session for the second phase of Lean Management

From August 27th to 30th, the second phase of the Sinopharm Medical Devices Lean Management project held its third intensive training session in Beijing. Over 50 members from the Sinopharm Medical Devices headquarters and various subsidiaries participated. The training was divided into two sessions: lean projects and innovative projects. Instructors provided detailed explanations and case studies of the tools and methods used in the Design and Verification (DV) phase of innovative projects and the Improvement and Control (IC) phase of improvement projects.

During the training, participants summarized the progress of the previous phase, shared their achievements, and discussed and resolved problems encountered, thus continuously consolidating achievements and promoting continuous improvement. Through lectures, interactive questions, case studies, video sharing, group discussions, and simulation exercises, the lean tools and methods for this phase were effectively conveyed to the participants.

The four-day training was intense yet fulfilling, with a positive classroom atmosphere and high participant satisfaction. This was the final intensive training session, and the project has entered a critical phase requiring overcoming challenges. With a commitment to lean principles and determined action, project leaders should follow the work plan, actively organize, execute, and implement their respective lean projects to ultimately achieve project goals and successful completion.
