National Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted a special training session on "Emotional Intelligence in Interaction"

Based on the results of the annual training needs survey, and to help managers continuously improve their leadership skills and foster a collaborative and positive work environment, the company organized a special training session on "Emotional Intelligence in Interaction" on September 4, 2019. More than 30 managers and above from the head office and Beijing offices participated in this training.

Prior to the training, the Human Resources Development Department of the head office conducted a needs survey among the registered participants. Based on the survey results, the course content was optimized and customized in collaboration with the instructor. The psychology theories in the training were tailored to address common interaction challenges faced by managers in their work scenarios, condensing the course into a single day focusing on learning psychological patterns in interactions, adjusting personal psychological patterns, improving interactions with subordinates, and enhancing cross-departmental communication effectiveness.

In the classroom, under the guidance of the training instructor, participants learned and understood relevant psychological theories. Through case studies and on-site simulation exercises, they gained a deeper understanding of how different psychological patterns in interaction affect themselves and others.
