Sinopharm Group and China Tourism Group held talks

Recently, Liu Jingzhen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinopharm Group, met with Chen Yin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Tourism Group, in Beijing. Hu Jianwei, Deputy General Manager (in charge of business operations) of Sinopharm Group, and Li Gang, Deputy General Manager of China Tourism Group, also attended the meeting.

Chairman Liu Jingzhen welcomed Chairman Chen Yin and his delegation, introduced the Group's latest development, the "14th Five-Year" overall plan, and the key work done in fighting the COVID-19 epidemic. He stated that the two sides have strong business complementarity and broad cooperation space, and hoped that both sides will widely cooperate in the fields of duty-free, medical care and health preservation, and big health, as well as international business, to achieve high-quality development together.

Chairman Chen Yin expressed appreciation for the development achievements and contributions to the fight against the epidemic made by Sinopharm Group in recent years, and introduced the history and development of China Tourism Group. He stated that both sides have unique advantages in the duty-free business field and have broad cooperation space in the fields of big health and tourism. He hopes that both sides will strengthen their connections, give full play to their advantages, and promote cooperation to a new level, creating a model for cooperation between central enterprises.

Before the meeting, Chairman Chen Yin and his delegation visited Sinopharm Group Plaza and exhibition hall, and learned in detail about Sinopharm Group's corporate profile, business performance, achievements in fighting the epidemic, and major products. Heads of China Duty Free Group, China Tourism Group Beijing Branch, Sinopharm International, and relevant departments of the Group headquarters participated in the meeting.
