China Scientific Instruments Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, under the China National Scientific Instruments Import and Export Corporation, supervised by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Due to central enterprise restructuring, the company was merged into the National Pharmaceutical Group in 2009, engaging in medical device-related business. In 2022, it was officially renamed "China Scientific Instruments Hubei Co., Ltd."
