Public tender announcement for the purchase of a carbon dioxide laser treatment instrument at Wuhan University People's Hospital

Zhonghuoke Instrument Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd., commissioned by Wuhan University People's Hospital, will conduct a domestic open bidding for the procurement of carbon dioxide laser therapy equipment. Qualified bidders are welcome to bid on the following equipment.

III. Bid ding Content: Carbon Dioxide Laser Therapy Equipment 1 unit IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements:

1. Bidders must be independent legal entities registered in accordance with the law within the People's Republic of China, possessing business licenses, medical device production/operation licenses, and tax registration certificates, and the products bid must be within their business scope.

2. Bidders who are not manufacturers of the products being bid must provide a unique and valid authorization letter from the manufacturer for this project.

3. The products being bid must possess the Medical Device Registration Certificate and Medical Device Registration Form issued by the National Medical Products Administration, and must be valid.

4. Bidders should have the technical strength, economic strength, and good reputation necessary to perform the contract, and possess good after-sales service capabilities.

5. They should have good business reputation and sound financial and accounting systems, with no illegal records in the past three years of business operations.

6. They should have relevant project performance in the past three years and provide supporting materials (winning bid notices, procurement contracts).

7. Bidders should abide by relevant national laws, regulations, rules, and bidding systems. Once participating in the bidding, they should bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

8. This project does not accept joint bids.

V. Bidding Matters:

Bidders can From November 24, 2016, to November 30, 2016, 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-17:00 daily, bring the original and stamped copies of relevant qualification certificates (business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, product authorization letter, medical device registration certificate/registration form, performance proof materials, etc.) specified in the Bidder Qualification Requirements to Zhonghuoke Instrument Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd. for registration and then purchase the bidding documents. Each set of bidding documents costs 300 RMB (Chinese Yuan), non-refundable. 2. Bid Opening Time:
