China Scientific Instruments Hubei Co., Ltd. is commissioned by the Binhu Street Office of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone to conduct competitive bidding for the rental services of hooklifts and water trucks. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate in the bidding.

II. Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Suppliers must be independent legal persons, organizations, or natural persons registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the law (three certificates combined). If the products or services they bid on require relevant administrative licenses, they must obtain the relevant administrative licenses to participate in the bidding;

2. Suppliers need to provide a letter of declaration stating that they have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;

3. Suppliers should provide a written statement that they have no major illegal records in their business activities in the three years prior to participating in this project (if less than three years, from the date of company establishment), and that all materials and documents provided for this project are true, legal, and valid;

4. Suppliers need to provide a declaration letter stating that they have no dishonest records in terms of taxation, social security, etc.;

5. Different bidders whose unit heads are the same person or who have direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract item of this project;

6. Suppliers shall abide by relevant national laws, decrees, regulations and procurement systems. Once participating in the bidding, they shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities;

7. This project does not accept joint bids.

III. Obtaining Bidding Documents

(I) Acquisition Time: 2025 Year 1 Month 08 Day to 202 5 Year 1 Month 10 Day (Beijing time, 9:00-11:00 AM and 2:00-4:00 PM daily, excluding statutory holidays).

(II) Acquisition Method: Materials required for obtaining bidding documents (must be stamped): ( 1 ) For potential suppliers who are legal persons or other organizations: ① Letter of Introduction / Authorization letter for the legal representative or identity certificate of the legal representative ( When the legal representative collects ) ② Entrusted person or legal representative ( When the legal representative collects ) A photocopy of the ID card ③ A photocopy of the business license or unit registration certificate. ( 2 ) For potential suppliers who are natural persons, collect with a photocopy of the ID card. ( 3 ) Other registration materials required: Online download of document acquisition form.

Online acquisition : Suppliers who obtain the procurement documents will send the color scanned copies of the required registration materials to the email address ( zhongkeqi333@163.com ) for registration. Our company will send the bidding documents by email according to the contact information provided by the supplier. The timeliness shall be based on the time when the complete registration materials email is received from the supplier.

(III) Bidding document price: 0 Yuan.

IV. Bid Opening Location and Time

(I) Bid Opening Time: 2025 Year 1 Month 15 Day Next Afternoon 14 30 (Beijing time) The bidding closes and opens. Bids received late or that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.
