7. Contract Performance Period: Service period: 3 years ("1+1+1" contract, i.e., after one year of contract, the hospital will evaluate the service quality. If the evaluation is passed, the contract can be renewed for the next year. If the evaluation is not passed, the contract will be terminated immediately after expiration.); Delivery period: Translation of less than 10,000 words will be completed within 24 hours, and a maximum of 48 hours; emergency tasks will be discussed separately.

II. Applicant's Qualification Requirements
1. Meet the requirements of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" , That is:
(1) Have the ability to independently assume civil liability;
(2) Have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;
(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) Have no major illegal records in business activities in the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
2 Different bidders whose unit heads are the same person or who have direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract item of this project.
3 Those who provide overall design, standard compilation, or project management, supervision, and inspection services for this procurement project shall not participate in other bidding and procurement activities of this project.

5. Specific qualification requirements for this project:
(1) The supplier must be a legal person, other organization, or natural person who independently assumes civil liability in accordance with the law in the People's Republic of China. If the supplier needs relevant administrative licenses to operate the products or services it bids, it must obtain the relevant administrative licenses before participating in the bidding.
(2) In the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity (if less than three years, from the date of establishment), the supplier has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to execution, the list of seriously illegal and untrustworthy entities in government procurement, the list of major tax-related illegal and untrustworthy entities on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), and the list of seriously illegal and untrustworthy behavior records in government procurement on the "China Government Procurement" website (www.ccgp.gov.cn). The credit records of the relevant entities will be checked by the agency at the bidding site through the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn), etc.
(3) The supplier has obtained the procurement documents for this project in the manner prescribed in the procurement documents.
III. Obtaining Procurement Documents
