Public bidding announcement for the procurement of ultra-high frequency surgical systems at Hubei Provincial People's Hospital

Hubei Zhongkeqi Import and Export Co., Ltd., commissioned by Hubei Provincial People's Hospital, will conduct a domestic public bidding for the procurement of its required ultra-high frequency surgical system. Qualified bidders are welcome to bid on the following equipment.

IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements:

1. Bidders must be independent legal persons registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the law, with business licenses, medical device production/operation licenses, and tax registration certificates, and the products they bid on must be within their business scope.

2. If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product being bid on, they must provide a unique and valid authorization letter from the manufacturer for this project.

3. The products offered must have the Medical Device Registration Certificate and Medical Device Registration Form issued by the State Food and Drug Administration, and they must be valid.

4. Bidders must have the technical strength, financial strength, and good reputation necessary to perform the contract, as well as good after-sales service capabilities.

5. They must have a good business reputation and sound financial and accounting systems, with no illegal records in the past three years of business activities.

6. They must have relevant project experience in the past three years and provide supporting documents (winning bid notices, procurement contracts).

7. Bidders must abide by relevant national laws, regulations, rules, and bidding systems. Once they participate in the bidding, they shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

8. Joint bids are not accepted for this project.

V. Bidding Matters:

1. Purchase of bidding documents: Bidders can From May 5, 2017 to May 12, 2017, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm every day, bring the original authorization letter from the legal representative, original ID card, and relevant qualification certificates (business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, product authorization letter, medical device registration certificate/registration form, performance certificates, etc.) and stamped copies to register with Hubei Zhongkeqi Import and Export Co., Ltd. and then purchase the bidding documents. Each set of bidding documents costs 300 RMB and is non-refundable.

2. Opening Time: The bidding will close and the bids will be opened at 2:30 pm on May 27, 2017. Bids received after the deadline or that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.

3. Location for submitting and opening bids: 239 Jiefang Road, Wuchang District Yatai Hall, 3rd floor, Wuhan Sentai Zhongyang Hotel.

4. Bid security amount and bank account: Bidders must submit a bid security of no less than 2% of the bid amount before 2:30 pm on May 27, 2017. The bid security must be received before the specified deadline.
