Public tender announcement for medical equipment procurement project of Jingzhou Central Hospital

Zhongkeqi Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd., commissioned by Jingzhou Central Hospital, will conduct a domestic open tender for the purchase of medical equipment required by the hospital. Qualified bidders are welcome to bid on the following equipment.

IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements:

1. Bidders must be independent legal persons registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the law and holding a business license, medical device production/operation license and tax registration certificate, and the products bid must be within their business scope.

2. Bidders who are not the manufacturers of the products they are bidding on must provide a valid authorization letter from the manufacturer for this project.

3. Products bid that are medical devices must have the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" and "Medical Device Registration Form" issued by the State Food and Drug Administration, and they must be valid.

4. Bidders should have the technical strength, economic strength and good reputation necessary to perform the contract, and have good after-sales service capabilities.

5. Have a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system, with no illegal records in the past three years of business activities.

6. Have relevant project achievements in the past three years, and provide supporting materials (bidding notice, purchase contract).

7. Bidders shall abide by relevant national laws, regulations, rules and regulations on bidding. Once participating in the bidding, they shall bear the relevant legal liabilities.

8. This project does not accept joint bids.
