Public tender announcement for medical equipment procurement project of Jingzhou Central Hospital

Zhonghang Import and Export Co., Ltd. Wuhan is commissioned by Jingzhou Central Hospital to conduct a domestic open bidding and procurement for the required medical equipment. Qualified bidders are welcome to bid on the following equipment.

IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements:

1. Bidders must be independent legal persons registered and legally operating within the People's Republic of China with business licenses, medical device production/operation licenses, and tax registration certificates, and the products offered must be within their business scope.

2. Bidders who are not the manufacturers of the products offered must provide a valid authorization letter from the manufacturer for this project.

3. For medical devices, the products must have a valid Medical Device Registration Certificate and Medical Device Registration Form issued by the State Food and Drug Administration.

4. Bidders should have the technical strength, financial strength, and good reputation necessary to perform the contract, as well as good after-sales service capabilities.

5. Possessing good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting systems, with no illegal records in the past three years of business activities.

6. Having relevant project achievements in the past three years, providing supporting materials (bidding notices, procurement contracts).

7. Bidders must abide by relevant national laws, regulations, rules, and bidding systems. Upon participating in bidding, they shall bear relevant legal responsibilities.

8. Joint bids are not accepted for this project.
