Rental Notice for Storefronts on the Campus of Central South University for Nationalities

China Science Instrument Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd., commissioned by Central China Normal University, publicly tenders for its on-campus storefront rental project. Interested businesses are welcome to apply.

I. Publicly Tendered Project Content ：

Remarks:

1. There is no rent-free period for this tender (including and excluding the decoration period). Bids lower than the rental base price will be deemed invalid.

2. Lessees (suppliers) shall not change the business scope of each project package.

II. Tendering Method : Open tender to the public.

III . Suppliers participating in the tender bidding must meet the following conditions:

1. The supplier must be a legal person or other organization registered within the People's Republic of China with the capacity to independently bear civil liability, and has obtained a legal business license.

2. The supplier shall be a legal person or other organization that abides by the law, operates in good faith, and has a good social reputation, without a bad operating history or history of violations. It must provide proof that it has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, or parties to major tax violations in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) in the three years prior to participating in this tendering activity.

3. The supplier has a good business project and business strategy, and the business project being considered can effectively avoid investment risks and meet the restrictions of the lessor's business project.

4. The supplier meets other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

5. This project does not accept joint bids.

IV. Bidding Method : Through comprehensive evaluation, the method of selecting the best bid with a reasonable high price is adopted (See evaluation criteria for details).

V. Registration Time and Method:

1. Time: From 9:00 am on January 18, 2021 (Beijing time) to 4:30 pm on January 22, 2021 (Beijing time).

2. Location: Obtain online (see how to obtain procurement documents for details).

3. Method: Obtain online; eligible suppliers can obtain tender documents by logging into the electronic tendering and procurement system of China Science Instrument Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd. (http://www.csimcwh.com/), the process is as follows:

（ 1) For suppliers who have not registered an account, please complete the system account registration first, and obtain the document after being approved by the platform company (ZhongZhao United). The method is: Open the home page of the electronic bidding and procurement system of China Science Instrument Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd. (http://www.csimcwh.com/), and click "Register Now" to enter the online information registration and filling. Suppliers should fill in relevant information truthfully, objectively, and accurately during registration, and shall not falsify or impersonate others, otherwise, once discovered, they will be dealt with according to relevant national regulations and will be publicized on relevant websites, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the supplier. After the registration is completed and approved by the backend personnel, the supplier clearly specifies the specific project section applied for and performs the bidding document purchase operation. After the bidding is successful, the bidding document can be downloaded online. (Note: This project does not require CA certificate).

（ 2) Users with existing login accounts can log in to the "electronic bidding and procurement system of China Science Instrument Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd. (http://www.csimcwh.com/)" within the valid time for obtaining documents (Beijing time, hereinafter the same), clearly specify the specific project section applied for, perform the bidding document purchase operation, and download the bidding document after successful bidding (Note: This project does not require CA certificate).

（ 3) The supplier's registration is successful after completing the bidding fee payment, and can obtain the bidding document download permission. Potential suppliers should pay attention to the time required for platform registration, material upload, information review, and bidding fee payment (half a working day) to avoid being unable to obtain bidding documents in time due to reasons. If the supplier fails to purchase the bidding document within the acquisition time, they will not be able to obtain the bidding document download permission and will not be eligible to participate in this project bidding, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the supplier.

4. Price: Tender document fee: 300 yuan/package, platform (download) service fee: 200 yuan (the bidding document fee invoice will be issued by China Science Instrument Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd., and the supplier can obtain it through electronic invoice; the platform service fee invoice will be issued by the platform company (ZhongZhao United), and the supplier can download the electronic invoice for platform service fee through "Invoice Management"), non-refundable.

VI . The following documents need to be submitted for original verification:

If the supplier wins the bid, they must provide the original (returned on-site after verification) and a copy of valid certificates (such as business license) upon contract signing.
