Zhonghuo Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd., commissioned by the Wuhan Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Park Management Center, is conducting competitive negotiation procurement for its required Optoelectronics Center restroom repair project. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate in the bidding.

II. Supplier Qualification Requirements:

1. Suppliers must be independent legal persons, organizations, or natural persons registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the law (three certificates in one), and their business licenses must have a business scope related to this project;

2. Suppliers should provide a written statement that they have no major illegal records in their business operations in the three years prior to participating in this project (if less than three years, from the date of company establishment), and that all materials and documents provided for this project are true, legal, and valid;

3. In the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity (if less than three years, from the date of company establishment), suppliers have not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of abnormal business operations of enterprises, the list of parties involved in major tax violations on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), and the list of seriously illegal and untrustworthy behaviors in government procurement on the "China Government Procurement" website (www.ccgp.gov.cn ), based on the query results after the announcement is published;

III. Obtaining the Bidding Documents:

2. If the legal representative entrusts another person to collect it, they should collect it with the legal representative's letter of authorization and the entrusted person's ID card originals.
