Zhonghua Science and Technology Import and Export Wuhan Co., Ltd., commissioned by the Wuhan Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Park Management Center, is conducting a competitive negotiation procurement for its required B Building lobby facility renovation and reconstruction project. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate in the bidding.

II. Supplier Qualification Requirements:

1. Suppliers must be independently registered legal entities, organizations, or natural persons (Three-Certificates-in-One) within the People's Republic of China, and their business licenses must have a business scope related to this project;

2. Suppliers should provide a written statement that, in the three years prior to participating in this project bidding activity (or since the company's establishment if less than three years), they have no major illegal records in their business activities, and all the materials and documents provided for this project are true, legal, and valid;

3. In the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity (or since the company's establishment if less than three years), suppliers have not been included in the list of dishonest performers, abnormal business records of enterprises, major tax violations, and the list of seriously illegal and untrustworthy conduct in government procurement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the "China Government Procurement" website (www.ccgp.gov.cn ), based on the query results after the announcement is released;

III. Obtaining the Bidding Documents:

(3) Method of Obtaining: Qualified suppliers should provide the following materials to obtain the bidding documents within the specified time:

1. If the legal representative collects it in person, they should provide the original copy of the legal representative's identity certificate and ID card.

2. If the legal representative entrusts others to collect it, they should provide the original copy of the letter of authorization and the entrusted person's ID card.

(2) Time: April 2, 2021, 2:30 PM (Beijing time). Bidding documents will be received up to one hour before the bid deadline. March 2:30 PM (Beijing time), April 2, 2021. Late or non-compliant bids will not be accepted.
