Competitive bidding announcement for the non-motor vehicle access control system at the Long Island Campus gate of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts

China Scientific Instruments Hubei Co., Ltd. commissioned by Hubei Institute of Fine Arts, is carrying out a competitive negotiation procurement for the non-motor vehicle access control system at the gate of the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts' Zanglongdao campus. Qualified bidders are welcome to participate in the bidding.

(III) Procurement Budget: 550,000 RMB

II. Supplier Qualification Requirements:

1. Suppliers must be independent legal persons, organizations, or natural persons registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the law (three certificates combined), and their business licenses must have a business scope related to this project;

2. Suppliers must provide a letter of declaration stating that they possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;

3. Suppliers must possess Level 2 or above professional contracting qualifications in electronic and intelligent engineering issued by the national construction administrative authority, and possess a valid safety production license.

4. Suppliers should provide a written statement that they have no major violations in their business activities in the three years prior to participating in this project bidding activity (if less than three years, from the date of company establishment), and that all materials and documents provided for this project are true, legal, and valid;

5. In the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity (if less than three years, from the date of company establishment), the bidder has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement or major tax violation cases on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), and has not been included in the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy behavior records in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn), based on the query results after the announcement;

6. Suppliers need to provide a letter of declaration stating that there are no records of dishonesty in terms of tax payment, social security, etc.;

7. Different bidders whose unit heads are the same person or who have direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract item of this project;

8. Suppliers shall abide by relevant national laws, decrees, regulations, and government procurement systems. Once participating in the bidding, they shall bear the relevant legal liabilities;

9. This project does not accept joint bids.

(III) Obtaining Method: Materials required for obtaining negotiation documents (must be stamped): 1) For potential suppliers who are legal persons or other organizations: ① Unit introduction letter/legal representative authorization letter or legal representative ID card (when collected by the legal representative) ② ID copy of the trustee or legal representative (when collected by the legal representative) ③ Copy of business license or unit main registration certificate. (2) For potential suppliers who are natural persons, collect with a copy of their ID card. (3) Other registration materials required: Online downloaded registration form.
