China Scientific Instruments Hubei Co., Ltd., commissioned by China National Pharmaceutical Group Animal Health Co., Ltd., intends to organize the selection of transportation service projects for China National Pharmaceutical Group Animal Health Co., Ltd. II. Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Bidders must be independent legal persons, organizations, or natural persons registered in accordance with the law within the People's Republic of China (three certificates integrated). If the products or services they bid require relevant administrative licenses, they must obtain the relevant administrative licenses before participating in the bidding;

2. Bidders should provide a written statement that they have no major illegal records in their business activities in the three years prior to participating in this project (if less than three years, from the date of company establishment), and that all the information and documents provided for this project are true, legal, and valid;

3. In the three years prior to participating in the bidding activity (if less than three years, from the date of company establishment), bidders have not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, major tax violations and dishonest entities, and severely illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the "China Government Procurement" website (www.ccgp.gov.cn). The query results after the announcement shall prevail;

4. Bidders should abide by relevant national laws, decrees, regulations and government procurement systems. Once participating in the bidding, they shall bear the relevant legal liabilities;

5. This project does not accept joint bids.

(3) Acquisition Method: Materials required for obtaining selection documents (requires official seal): (1) For potential suppliers that are legal persons or other organizations: ① Unit introduction letter/legal representative's authorization letter or legal representative's identity certificate (when the legal representative collects it) ② Copy of the ID card of the trustee or legal representative (when the legal representative collects it) ③ Copy of business license or unit main registration certificate. (2) For potential suppliers who are natural persons, collect it with a copy of their ID card. (3) Other registration materials required: Appendix 1: Online downloaded document acquisition form.

(4) On-site Collection: Suppliers need to bring the required registration materials to the 10th floor of Building A20, Guoyao Building, No. 666, Gaoxin Avenue, Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone for collection, and bring their original ID card for verification.

Online Collection: (1) Suppliers who collect procurement documents need to pay the tender fee online and provide a screenshot of the payment voucher.
